This BBQ pan is suitable for fire-fit tables and stovetop burners and you can't refuse to grill for fun while sitting in the romantic courtyard with your family.

This will be my new go to pan. It is solid, sturdy yet ergonomic with the handles. The depth is great for sautéing. The true red color will make this a fun pan to use for serving spicy appetizers. It holds heat extremely well. The dual pour sections make it easy to drain off any extra, unwanted fluid. The box was shipped, wrapped in bubble wrap. That was a good precaution. The box still came with some corner damage but the pan itself was fine. The package was heavy so it makes sense it might take a bit of a beating during shipping. Read the instructions! This is not like my traditional, old cast iron pans. It seems this does not season to a non-stick interior finish. The instructions suggest a bit of fat when heating to properly heat and cook foods. Not an issue for me so this will be a great go to for cooking. Highly recommend at this price point. I look forward to adding other Lava products to my cooking arsenal.. Leslie. Livonia, MI. I like this arepa and flatbread cooking plate. It is the perfect size for a medium tortilla. It won’t work on an electric or glass top stove. You either need a gas stove or a grill. STAUB makes exceptional cast iron cookware. While a joy to use my 10" cast iron fry pan, it's time to add to the collection a larger pan that will leave appealing sear marks on my steaks. Alas, the Staub Enamelware 12" Square Grill Pan and Press came with a couple of problems. I ordered the Graphite Gray, but received a green pan...a color that's not even carried by Wayfair. The cast iron surface on the inside is covered with scratches, and there is a tiny chip on the press. Customer Service rep Randi came to the rescue. She was helpful and efficient, and expedited shipment of the replacement pan in gray to arrive in 3 days.
