Very easy to assemble. I assembled completely by myself in about a day. Very sturdy. I used beefier ratchet straps for an easier and tighter fit. I like it! I did 90% of the assembly alone. You need help putting on legs. Putting on snow load supports is a little tricky alone, they are tight. I only attached 8 bunges cords before I put on legs so I could work in the shade. I had to stand on a step stool for sides and used a 6' ladder for peaks. I live on the coast so I used 12 tie downs. The standard 8 (one I had to just go straight down, no room) and 2 each in the interior front and back. I used screw in type supports and 550 paracord and cinch knotted on the inside supports. I used 1/8" wire and turnbuckles on outside supports. I put 1 1/2" PVC over exteror supports to protect people and pets from running into/hurting themselves. I also think it will be easier for yard trimmer. I would love to say it took me 3 hours but in reality it took me most of the day. What a nice product offered by Wayfair. I would have never imagined that Wayfair would offer a carport. This one was so easy to assemble. The cover is heavy duty and seems like it will stand up to the weather where we live. There are sides that we opted not to put on so the car would fit easier and we would have more room to get in and out. It’s nice that the sides are optional. Only took about 2 hours to get the carport up and usable. If we decide to add the sides on, it looks like an easy task just like the main section. This is a really heavy duty and robust storage shed. It takes a bit to put together, but that may have been because we were assembling it between a tree and our fence-line where there was just barely enough space for the shed. Overall, it was not bad to put together as the assembly process is pretty straightforward. The steel poles are very stout and strong. I really don't see the wind taking this shed anywhere, especially if you stake it down. Plenty of stakes and some concrete anchors are included. There are ratchet straps at all four corners. These straps help to tighten and cinch down the outer cover around the covers for the doors at each end. This aspect is a really nice design as it tightens the cover around the door openings to help keep out the elements. The cover material seems pretty robust and can be tightened down with a lot of tension, so even in heavy winds you won't get any flapping or movement of the cover. It was pretty easy to assemble by myself. I had to have help lifting the roof to put on the lower part of the legs. It seems pretty sturdy, and was easy enough to install on the slightly uneven ground. I like the cords that batten it down, so that the wind wont blow it over. I need to remember to knock the snow off of it. The last canopy I had like this, a different brand, collapsed under the weight of a snowstorm because I forgot to knock the snow off!. Diane. Stow, MA.
