This is a cool piece. I assembled it in the dark by myself with a step ladder in about an hour. The material is strong for the frame and most is push pin connect aside from a few thru bolts to attach the feet. The tarp material is thick and robust. The only reason I dock it a star is that while the panels are pretty intuitive on attaching it is t covered in the instructions and the packing left me with quite a few dents and pinched connectors. That aside, it’s a great temporary carport. I will be adding additional zip tie reinforcement to the grommets as well as weighted blocks. Ashley. Fort Payne, AL. Wed Dec 17 2025

We needed a carport at our new house. So we went with this one. It was very easy to put together. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with anchors. We went and bought anchors and rope to hold to secure it. We had a very bad storm system with tornados and I was so worried. Well it didn’t budge! I was very happy. So overall we really like it. We lost our carport to a hurricane. Wayfairs customer service was so good to us. Well tonight on New Year’s Eve we lost it again. I’m very upset. If you live where gust of winds come through no matter what you will lose. We anchored tied and everything and it still ripped away.. Kristin. Delhi, LA. Wed Jan 06 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine two years ago 25x12x11 14.5 ounce material. Set it up by myself no issues but I do own a tractor that helped -alot! This yr I added storage by using 2 x 6 x 12 PT across the last three supports and put a deck on them. I also used PT decking around the outside of the posts and boxed in the whole building making it even sturdier and keeping rodents out. I used 2x6x12 also across the rear door to make it far less likely for a breakin the front is visible to me. I added two tire racks on the back wall for my winter-summer tires. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern. Wind no problems at all especially with the rear being tied together and the boxed in bottom.. Ziggy. Pachaug Ct.. Tue Sep 25 2018

Easy to put up. Made in China so you should be handy and able and comfortable to manually correct possible misalignments. I had to drill a new hole for joists on both ends for a proper fit but it was easy enough since I fix and install everything in the house. The panels can also be a bit delicate installing. You don't want to hit them with a rubber mallot off from the edges or ding them too hard since they're closed cell polycarnonate panels. They're sturdy enough but if you damage one badly water and ice could get into one of the panels cells/channels. What I will say is after 2 days and 2-3 people helping here and there the patio cover looks amazing. Everyone comments on it. The price is great. I had quotes for wooden deck covers ranging from 10,000 - 15,000 and no way for light to come through which would have made my livingroom a dark room during the day. Now our living room is bright and airy and my deck's dry and great to hang out on even in the rain.. Vito. Breezy Point, NY. Tue Feb 13 2018
