We are so happy with this purchase! It is extremely well made and everything fit together perfectly. There were extra bolts, nuts and washers of every size. We had 4 people to help assemble and it was completed in about 4 hours. Though doable, I think would be difficult for 2 people to do this so I would recommend at least 3. We went and bought anchors and rope to hold to secure it. We had a very bad storm system with tornados and I was so worried. Well it didn’t budge! I was very happy. So overall we really like it. I got 2 of these for my animals. We made it into a chicken coop and a peacock and pigeon coop. It’s a really good size for them. We got a few rolls of hardware cloth and my husband got some 2x4’s, he put a concrete foundation so animals can’t dig in. The animals love it and so do I. I like it! I did 90% of the assembly alone. You need help putting on legs. Putting on snow load supports is a little tricky alone, they are tight. I only attached 8 bunges cords before I put on legs so I could work in the shade. I had to stand on a step stool for sides and used a 6' ladder for peaks. I live on the coast so I used 12 tie downs. The standard 8 (one I had to just go straight down, no room) and 2 each in the interior front and back. I used screw in type supports and 550 paracord and cinch knotted on the inside supports. I used 1/8" wire and turnbuckles on outside supports. I put 1 1/2" PVC over exteror supports to protect people and pets from running into/hurting themselves. I also think it will be easier for yard trimmer. I would love to say it took me 3 hours but in reality it took me most of the day. UPDATE: August 24th 2026: The tarp was damaged due to heavy rain and I tried for two weeks to work with this company, the manufacturer, and the insurance with no appropriate resolution. This incident made me aware of how scamish and fraudulent these insurance companies are. The representatives were rude and in the end just refunded me for the policy - horrible service! Wayfair kept rerouting me to the insurance without seeming to understand what I was trying to explain. It is a good structure so far. Just put it up today. I was impressed with the thick material and sturdy poles. I bought it to store my quad in. I purchased this canopy to use as a patio cover. I had previously purchased one and wanted more shade from the San Diego sun. The quality is good and the price too.
