Love the rug but not super soft, it’s a bit scratchy and needs a rug pad. The pink is pretty neutral and as others mentioned you can flip it over so it’s a bit more cream than pink but the under side is definitely more rough. Very pretty shade of pink.. Eleni. West Hollywood, CA. Sun Sep 27 2026

I ordered this for my office and it was perfect. My boss liked it so much I am ordering another for his office too.. Mckinsey. Lonewolf, OK. Fri Sep 04 2026

I'm giving this five stars but it only pertains to wayfarer service which has been excellent. Good selection of carpets easy purchasing and Swift delivery. But after I ordered it I learned of the great difficulty in maintaining viscos carpets. So I actually returned it without even opening it. I've done a lot of carpet cleaning and I didn't really know what this goes was. Unless it's going to be in a lady's tea room rarely used I think better stick away from viscose.. David. Pacheco, CA. Sun Sep 27 2026

Kristina. Laguna Niguel, CA. Sat Mar 28 2026

Soft underfoot and looks better in person than online. The texture gives it some depth without being busy, and the neutral tone works easily with different spaces. It does shed a bit at first, which is typical for wool, but it settles down with regular vacuuming. Feels well made overall, with a good balance of softness and structure. Overall comfortable, understated, and a solid choice if you want something warm without drawing too much attention.. Amycaicos. Columbus, OH. Thu Apr 09 2026

Beautiful. Ashley. Kihei, HI. Sat Oct 10 2026

Exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect for my space. The tassels are thick and neatly braided. The rug base is a little thinner than I expected and the rug fibers could be a bit more dense. My dog has run across this rug, rolled around on it, and ate snacks off of it; the rug shag is intact. It's very sturdy. It did take about 2 days before I could no longer smell the jute. If your budget allows, get a rug pad with a bit of cushion to it. Overall I am really happy I bought this rug and I am really happy with the quality of it.. Heather W. Southeast Michigan.
