I absolutely love this runner. It’s cozy, beautiful and vacuums really well. I’m considering getting an extra large one for our living room.. Monique. Sandpoint, ID. Wed Oct 07 2026

This hand-loomed wool rug embodies refined simplicity with its soft tone-on-tone texture and understated linear pattern. Meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, it showcases the natural beauty of hand-spun wool through a subtle play of depth and dimension. The minimalist design lends itself perfectly to modern, Scandinavian, and transitional spaces alike. Durable yet elegant, this rug provides a serene foundation that enhances any room with warmth and quiet sophistication.

This is a pretty nice rug -- good color (like toasted oatmeal, not too white and not too beige; a bit lighter than in my photo), sturdy, interesting pattern, not too heavy and not too light, and it's woven NOT tufted (so far as I can tell). Mine arrived tightly rolled up and distinctly musty, so I put it out on an old dog fence panel (like a rack) and let it air out in the sun for a full week, and it's fine. It smells like new wool now, and as a knitter I love the smell of clean wool. I have a baker's dozen of Solo Rugs, bought over the years, and while they're mostly not great quality (not tightly woven), the colors (turquoise, pink, yellow, variations on those) are hard to find anywhere else. What's more, I know I can take one of their rugs outside, stick it on the fence panel, and wash it with a hose and Eucalan and it will dry in a few days of hot sun and be genuinely clean. I couldn't do that with a thicker rug (like a gabbeh) or a tufted rug. This is also officially cat approved.. Albert. US. Fri Sep 11 2026

Lovely rug and extremely soft. Though we had purchased for under a kitchen table and the softness may not be great for spills. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction onl, spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Okay, so I give this five stars because I have been researching a wool type rug for months now and I can safely say I think this one hits the jackpot. Other wool rugs I have read that were the size I needed had negative reviews on color or pilling… even the way it was shipped, which was folded!!! There were no reviews on this and it’s over a thousand so I took a chance. First it caned ROLLED properly long ways.Woo good start! Second it’s I think like 40 percent polyester which I knew that fabric would bring a softness and sheen to the wool contrast… and it does! If you lay on it it’s not as soft as a synthetic but I knew that about wool rugs anyways. The color… other people who bought brown wool rugs said it picks up purple so I was worried about this one. It’s brown! In full light it’s brown, but I think certain lighting it can look purple which it’s fine it’s not that big of deal. If you had a very natural light area this will certainly pick up true brown. When it’s dimmed light it does have. Slight purple tinge but I just think that’s how brown wool rugs are now that I have one. It’s no big deal to me. Overall from other review pictures on brown wool rugs compared to this one… I mean this is exactly what I was looking for. In real life it’s a more deep brown, exactly what I wanted.. Amber. Plus, the distinctive top stitch highlights the careful craftwork to seamlessly refresh your layout. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.
