The rug is folded up when it's packed and might arrived with temporary creases but it will not affect use. Roll the rug in the opposite direction or steam it to remove carpet creases.

I got the 9x12 rug and I love the design. I put a rug pad underneath to give it some more cushion which helps since the rug is quite thin. I thought the rug would flatten out over time but these photos were taken after giving it about 2 weeks to flatten out on its own. The rug is very soft and comfortable but you definitely get what you pay for. A good value find but don’t expect this to feel like an expensive thick rug (even with a rug pad). Also surprisingly difficult to vacuum since it’s so thin and the vacuum clings to it like it would a fabric.. Jennifer. California. Sun Sep 27 2026

I ordered two of these beautiful rugs. They were rolled up tightly, but laid flat by the next morning. The colors are bright and accurate to the pictures on line. So happy with them!. Anonymous. Tue Sep 08 2026

The design of this machine washable rug features a clever abstract pattern chosen to complement your modern interior style decor. Its ultra soft faux cashmere surface gives you comfort and warmth with every step. Flat and wrinkle free when laid, the rug fits perfectly on the floor in your living room or any other space, showcasing a simple yet stylish design.

It’s comfortable, a little thin though. Definitely needs a liner with it. Looks as presented. Anonymous. Wed Sep 30 2026
