This cat feeder is very nice because it is simple to program, you can feed two cats at the same time so they don't have to wait for the other one to finish eating it all and then miss out on their own meal. I liked the fact that it only has one dial which in the beginnings seemed like it would be problematic but it is actually quite intuitive to go through and either change the existing feeding times or portion sizes or add or remove some of them.. They were what I needed. Pretty easy to setup. Shipping put a ding in one that made the enter door fall off the rod but found the clip for the rod in the box and a little work with a pair of plyers on the door it was as good as the other ones. I added one screw to th side panel that holds the front panel door open where they could get use to eating out of it before letting the door close and requiring them to push it open to eat.. Tyrone. Took awhile to get set up. Dispenses well. Do have to re program due to time change. This particular one dispenses 1/8 cup at a time. I bought this feeder and water dispenser to help care for a stray cat that visits my yard. For that purpose, it works pretty well. I like the gravity-fed design because it keeps food and water available without needing constant refills. The clear windows make it easy to see when supplies are getting low, and the plastic parts are lightweight and easy to clean. The main downside is the build quality. The different pieces dont lock together very securely, so the unit can shift or come apart if its bumped or moved. It doesnt feel especially sturdy compared to higher-quality feeders.
