With this washing machine compared to other front load I have owned before this one gets a small sock stuck in the drain in the rubber below where the door is located every now and then (nothing bothersome). I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. This washer really works well. The digital panel gives you plenty of options and is easy to use. I would give it 5 stars for washing, but I had to take a star off for noise. When it goes into a spin, it sounds like an airplane engine. And because it is in my kitchen, the noise is unfortunately very annoying.
