This coffee maker is worth the purchase. My husband prefers the BUNN brand. He likes how fast the BUNN is. I convinced him to try this and we have not been disappointed. It is not as fast as my old BUNN but it could give it a run for its money. It takes about 4 minutes to make a 12 cup pot. I like the fact that it is a 12 cup pot, that is always a plus.. Machael.
