Harborough 4 Pieces Outdoor Patio Furniture Sets with Cushions and Coffee Table

One of the sections on the loveseat was bent and very hard to secure. Now we have a pooping sound when we lean back on it.

This set is beautiful and arrived packaged very well. I am happy with how it looks, with a few exceptions. @ 2 of the holes didn't line up, and one cushion came squished in with some of the pieces and is very deformed. I will be reaching out for a replacement.

Very nice set! I bought it because of the seat height and the zippered cushion covers. However, just the seat cushions have zippers. Also, the latticework on the front of the loveseat was bent, most likely from a forklift. I wasn’t patient enough to ask for replacement, although I’m sure they would have accommodated this. I was able to straighten it myself. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Great buy! Also customer service and the manufacturer is very receptive. We had an issue with one of the pillows but they were great. They may take a day to respond but they do.

This is an adorable set and durable. I had a couple problems with wrong parts, but they promptly sent the correct parts. It takes two people to assemble and its a bit of a challenge, but worth it.

Beautiful little set. Appreciate the height of the chairs, for medical reasons. Tried to give a 4.5 rating due due glass breakage of the coffee table, missing cushion and unlined hole (2) due to the type of hardware used there was a little difficulty in assembly. Good news; contacted C/S at Wayfair who contacted the seller. Email received addressing the issue and sending the damage piece. May change rating on receipt of items. (Set as pictured)

Set came in 3 boxes. It was missing the hardware (screws, washers, etc). I contacted support and they're sending out the replacement parts. The set itself is really nice. The cushions are nice and thick. Only the bottom cushion has tie straps to hold it in place. The table is nice, and has height adjustment screws on the bottom of the legs so it doesn't wobble. The instructions were decent enough to follow. Took me about 3 hours to put it together. Overall it is a nice set for the money.
