This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct. 3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. Very disappointed in this product the first one ended up tearing at a seam tried patching but ended up the hot tub leaked somewhere else Wayfair paid for me to ship it back and the company sent another one that made it through almost four months of this spring-summer and ended up with a leak I found it and patched it but again it was leaking somewhere else I contacted ALEKO and they no longer carry this product so couldn't help me and I hauled it to the dump! I actually liked the hot tub, easy set up worked great until the leaks and Wayfair was great about it the first time happening. I'm assuming the material of the hot tub was inferior and that's why they no longer carry this product.. Joy. US. Sat Sep 05 2026

I really love having a hot tub and this one is a great first one. The only issue I have is that I get error codes from time to time. Plus it is a steady maintenance to keep the levels right, but I am assuming that is all inflatable hot tubs. Very comfortable to sit in, very soft.. Alease. Ridgeway, VA. Sat May 10 2025

Love it. Easy assembly. I’m 63 and put it all together in less than 2 hours. You tube the assembly instructions . Sturdy. Heater works great. Bubbles are so nice. I thought the bottom would be uncomfortable as I put it on patio stones but it is cushioned enough to be comfortable . Nice that it has 2 covers One for easy entry to keep the heat in. Another heavy duty one with clips to make it safe. I went with salt water as I have it beside my salt water pool. So far it’s crystal clear after lots of use from the grandkids. Only things is that it says it’s a 6 person tub…actually it’s a 4 person if you don’t want to be crowed in. Kathy. CA. Sat Jun 29 2024

We’ve had this for three days and been in it since day one! We couldn’t wait after putting it up one night after work and stayed in it until midnight! I’ve read the drawbacks of the error codes and was concerned enough I got the warranty plan. But I can’t speak to that yet but somethings I wish were clearer in the description I’ll share. It comes with a cover and two head rest. The spa Kit accessory comes with another headrest and one seat. You’ll need to buy a seat if you want two. I’m not sure how important that is to spend an extra 25 but I did anyway. They supply a pad to put the hot tub on. It is big! Measure and plan based on the diameter. It’s relatively easy to set up. For the price, I like it and will help us plan for the purchase of the real thing when they ever get in stock. If it makes it three years I’ll be happy.. Natasha. Tue Aug 03 2021
