Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Sun Aug 30 2026

I’m so excited about this sauna! It doesn’t take up too much space, making it the perfect addition to the home gym I’m creating. I love all the features it comes with, especially the Bluetooth speakers, which have great sound quality and are super easy to connect to my phone or other devices. The variety of lighting options is another great feature and allows me to customize the atmosphere to my liking. The sauna also had a decent amount of space inside.. Cassie. Riverdale, GA. Thoughtfully designed for indoor living, this personal sauna transforms an ordinary corner of your home into a comforting wellness escape, making it easier to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Beyond thrilled to have a home sauna. This only took us approximately 30 minutes to completely assemble (2 people are definitely needed to hold things in place.) the wood itself smells beautiful. The Bluetooth speakers are incredibly clear and it’s wonderful to be able to sit and listen to an audio book. The sauna itself took about 20 minutes to reach 145 degrees. The timer function works nicely. I will say that the temperature drops very quickly if you open the door. Overall it has been a great addition to our home gym area. Aalso! If you are tall, this may be a bit of a tight squeeze. It’s smaller inside than anticipated but overall it is perfect for my husband and I.. Sarah. Huntersville, NC. Wed Oct 21 2026

Really excited about this sauna! Instructions were clear and assembly was very easy. Only took 1 person about an hour. No screws involved. It’s a smidgen shorter than I thought but really doesn’t matter. Since you are sitting in it anyway. Very pleased overall. It has a light inside. I recommend getting something to sit on as the bench is well a bench so not very comfortable. I actually set it up in my bedroom and it doesn’t take up a huge amount of space.. Amanda. I found the outside shell was very hard to stretch over the frame. I had an inch where the tarp/shell of sauna would not cover the frame. I had to pull so hard on the zipper and cover, the zipper broke on me. Nothing was going to be able to repair the sauna. I threw it away. In the future, I think I will get just a pop up one for me. This is just my experience, maybe for some it was very easy to work but for me, not so much.. Joan. IN. Mon May 25 2026

Here is wifi function instructions: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0589/8600/4658/files/WIFI_1.pdf?v=1757062838 Here are some using tips you may need-- 1. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode. 2. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone. After the water evaporates, water again to achieve the effect of heating up. Need help after receiving the product? What is a sauna? The benefits of a sauna. In a high-temperature environment, it can cause internal thermal effects in the deep skin, dilate the capillaries of the whole body, and greatly exceed normal activities. This kind of carefree sweating is conducive to discharging all kinds of garbage in the body and eliminating diseases. At the same time, due to repeated hot and cold steaming and washing, blood vessels are constantly contracting and expanding, which is called "vascular gymnastics" in sports physiology, which can enhance the elasticity of blood vessels and prevent arteriosclerosis. Sauna bath is carried out in a static high-temperature environment, which consumes subcutaneous fat through a lot of perspiration, making you lose weight easily in comfort. According to the test, a sauna for 10 minutes is equivalent to running for 10 kilometers, so it has the effect of bodybuilding and losing weight. In addition, when the body sweats a lot to eliminate subcutaneous dirt, it can improve the permeability of epidermal cells and activate cells, so it also has the effects of beauty and skincare and delaying aging. A far infrared sauna is also an ideal way to relieve pain and stress. It can promote blood circulation in damaged parts of the body and release stress. Now get a Kisrais sauna to enjoy all of the benefits!
