Husband gave assembly 1 star. It took several hours due to lack of reasonable directions, but the final assembled product is nice and looks like the photos. We both wish the height of the back/head could be adjusted, but instead it is locked in on about a 20 degree angle. I got the loveseat. The ottoman was a different brand but as the image shows, they match perfectly. Took about 2 hours to put together. Use your own tools...makes things simpler and quicker. The loveseat is gorgeous! Looks fantastic and is super comfortable. The cushions do slide around quite easily. But I did get some anti-slip for carpets from HD and now they stay put and don't move around as much. The only negative for this purchase has nothing to do with the product - but the shipping. The product came quicker than originally estimated. It came in 1 box and there was no assembly. The black cover has a few holes in it so I am going to have to get that exchanged. Other than that, no defects. It is comfortable and my kids (8 and 11) like it. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated. I did get it on sale as I do not think that I would ever pay full price for this product. It is placed in our backyard on our patio.
