Arrived undamaged. The instructions weren't the best, but it's not too bad to figure out. Ensure to avoid tightening all bolts except in step one until the very end. Color is good. No broken wicker straps. Quality is better than most plastic wicker. Cushions are very comfortable but unsure if the hold a lot of water after rains. Assembly took about 50 minutes.
