Very nice, quality outdoor couch! Very easily to put together with one person. The cushions are thick and stiff. Not too stiff to feel overly uncomfortable-you can tell that overtime this couch will be a dream to sit/sleep on. The back cushions are angular, which is very nice. I love to take one of the end back cushions and use it as a pillow when I lie on the couch! Pictures included. I enjoy the contrast of the cushions and the wood. All of the bottom cushions have multiple Velcro attachments to keep the cushions from sliding around. I also uploaded a close-up of the fabric to show the beautiful design. I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Pretty piece, but wanted to write a review to let people know the frame is not white, it is more of a greige. I was worried the table wasn’t going to match because the table was listed as light gray and the couches were labeled as white. However, the frames were a perfect match and I saved money by buying the pieces separately. I do like that this set is so modular. I can use it in multiple ways by just rearranging the back rests, which bolt into a variety of pre created holes. These holes can be covered by included caps when not in use, which makes the install look a lot neater. I also like that the back pillows slide over the back rests so they stay in place. Stunning. Perfect for our deck! Looks great, comfortable and not too heavy. All boxes arrived and parts were all there and all was structurally sound. HOWEVER, and this is important: I paid extra for assembly and SO glad I did. My installer (Wayfair pro) assembled this sofa AND two chairs plus ottomans in TWO AND A HALF HOURS. That was a pro! The loveseat is a good size for my porch and the style is very like some 50's metal furniture I already have. The frame seems well made, though I struggled to put part of it together.
