I really liked this pergola. We needed some extra shade for our goat pen to provide extra shade and it works perfect. We did switch out the bungees that were included to a stronger bungee due to the high winds we have and they fit great. Easy to install and it took my husband and I about an hour to install. Instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were properly labeled. We also used flower pots and cemented the legs in them to provide extra weight. This is a fantastic and so much better than described Pergola! I am positivly surprised by this 12x10 hardtop Gazebo! It is very high quailty with heavy duty hardware. The instrutions were very well written and easy to follow. However it does state in the assembly describtion it would take about 3 h to built, NOT so! The inventory of all the 3 boxes alone took 1 h. Also a positive surprise as the Headline item describtion states "Wood Grain Coated Aluminium" but the Gazebos post, crossbeams turned out to be ACTUAL WOOD! I am elated and i am thrilled for the wood! The Gazebo was delivered in 3 boxes and I could start the built right away. However on initial inventory i discovered, that 4 roof panels were missing ( the 4 large panels in box C ) After immediately messaging the Company via Wayfair directely it was immediately taken care of! We received a new box with the panels inside and could finish our built within 8 days! This sure was yet another reason why I am a huge Wayfair fan and will continously order from Wayfair! Love the way it turned out. It’s definitely a two person job. It was fairly simple assembly until you get to the roofing part. Putting on the metal roof was a challenge, but workable with two people- one on a ladder. The holes lined up exactly with all pieces, but a few times we had to maneuver them and adjust to line things up. We did line up all of the roofing pieces on the ground before beginning as shown in the instructions. Highly suggest that. After assembly, it didn’t not feel as sturdy as we wanted, so we mounted ours to 4 x 4’s and staked those into the ground with rebar. Feels sturdy now. We are very pleased with it.. Kellye. Personally love this gazebo! My must haves were to have both curtains and screen panels and to have netting at the top. Fit our sectional dining table easily. We have also hung lights perimeter which was easy with the plastic loops on the corners of the roof! It was fairly easy to put together though my husband is very handy. Only thing that was a little difficult was getting the canopy on the center posts once 34 were on, the last was extremely tight. But I’d rather have that than it be loose and come off! Arrived incredibly fast! It was really easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the base by myself, and then my daughter and nephew helped with the top. That part took a little longer (thanks to a few snack and break interruptions ), but the total active assembly time was about 6 to 6½ hours. It’s already held up through some heavy rain and high winds here in the Chicago area—and that was before we even anchored it to the concrete. So far, I’m absolutely loving it. Wow! Instant patio extention that is so awesome for those summer parties or just zip up those curtains and read a book away from everything and everyone. My dog chewed up some of the curtain rings but I will just get more at the dollar store, they are exactly the same size as any shower curtain rings. I wanted to get my review in immediately before I forgot how much I love this gazebo. I live in Nevada and the wind was a worry. I havent yet tacked it to the ground with stakes and although we are in monsoon season it hasnt flown away yet. It has holes for the tent stakes at the bottom of each leg and that should be fine to hold it down. It was easy to put together although it took a strong arm to pull the top material over the last corner taking two of us. The screen material is nice for keeping the flying insects away. My friends were impressed and my family is enjoying it. What a great price for such a nice add on to your patio or if your just needing a cover on your patio. I love it more than the hard top because I can fold it up and move it or bring it camping. The aluminumm makes it light weight and easy to move. I normally don’t write reviews, however, I was so impressed after last nights storm (that I thought for sure all my hard work of putting this together was going to be shattered by the quarter sized hail)…. to my surprise, the gazebo was completely unharmed! I was hesitant when I unboxed this at first thinking it would not last a good size storm. I did anchor to post with the cement screws provided, but cemented the other two inside of outdoor gardening pots. The roof panels seemed like they were simply cardboard covered in plexi glass coating, therefore my hopes were not high for the durability. I absolutely love this mosquito netting. We have high winds all the time and needed netting that was heavier than normal. We tried other brands but the netting would just whip so bad it would catch on our chairs. This still blows in the wind which they all do but has never hooked on our chairs. This brand is heavy duty like the original factory set that came with our gazebo. We have a Sojag Messina 10x12 and this netting fit like it was factory made. Our original factory lasted 5 years so only time will tell. Definitely worth the higher price point over the 40-60 sets you get elsewhere. Going to order a second set as back up as heavy duty quality netting like this is hard to find. Only drawback was that the zippers and tiebacks were brown and not black but not a deal breaker..
