Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged. Overall I love it and kids love it. I purchased this for a business I’m starting. After we set it up and I removed liners, I saw this under the slide liner- where it looks like tape ripped almost to the center… now idk if that center is wide open or if it’s just extra support but being that this is the very first slide I’ve ever purchased, it does make me nervous how it looks.
