I would suggest purchasing a mini submersible pump for fast & easy water removal but even if not it has a well located drain on the bottom and side of the pool. The pool is wonderful. It was easy to put together. It took 2 of us about 20-30 mins. The pump however is not so good. The reason I gave it 4 stars. The pump is small and does not seem to have enough power to pull the water through the filter. I bought it for my grandchildren 2 5 and they just love it. We all get into it and enjoy ourselves. I bought it to cover the duck pen cage for the winter but it was easy to put up with the light weight.It does seem a lot lighter than a normal pool cover Im not sure if thats better or not.
