We love the concept of the outdoor shower. But the directions were difficult to figure out how to install. We actually had to do our own search to figure out how to install outside. Once we got it installed and had to purchase extra extensions etc. the water pressure isn’t as strong as expected. However we do like the different spray options. Finally back in stock, set up was a little long, could have saved some time and effort if the directions where a little different. However, once completed the hose would not fit. A few simple modifications and whallah a beautiful e shower! We did replace the plastic shower head with a stainless steel and had to add 2-12”L adapters so hose would not be pinched, along with pipe insulation due to the high heat during summer (116*). 4 stars cause I had to buy additional parts to make work here in the states!. The unit was packed well in a thick cardboard box and with styrofoam inserts. However, the directions for assembly were not there. There was a parts diagram, but no instructions. Quite a bit of online searching later, I had instructions for a similar unit. I had a problem with the concrete anchors as there was no size indicated on the parts diagram and ended up drilling the holes slightly large. I ended up using concrete epoxy. The shower arm connection to the tube leaks slightly, I solved this with more teflon tape. (The shower arm does not have enough threads and cannot be tightened.) I am leaving my review solely on the fact that there was no shower head included in my box. The last three things I have ordered and reviewed from Wayfair have had either a piece missing altogether, a piece swapped for another piece, or have arrived damaged. Getting Wayfair to do much of anything to help correct the issues has not been very successful, so I didn't even try to see if they will help get me a replacement. I'm not so sure I have much belief in the quality of Wayfair products anymore.
