This set is very nice, sturdy, and exactly as I expected it to be. However, it arrived with two parts missing the holes needed to insert four of the screws. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. I am so very pleased with these chairs! My husband took his time, due, he said, to the many parts, but it was easy enough and he estimated it took him two hours in total.
