At first I was skeptical when it arrived because the box was much bigger than expected (and insanely heavy) and there was some outer box damage with forklift marks. I live on the second floor of a duplex so I had to unbox it in my yard and bring it up piece by piece since the box was so bulky and heavy. But… it’s real wood so it was worth the extra effort. There were a couple weird markingswood glue that I’ve pictured and may reach out to the vendor for but some are in spots underneath that aren’t visible once assembled. Overall, this set is absolutely beautiful! It’s solid and the cushions are thick - they don’t arrive warped compared to other sets I’ve seen. The extra pillows it comes with are nice too. I got this for a smaller space on my balcony and this airy design makes it feel so open without overcrowding the space. I’m so excited to host and sit out in the sun all summer! We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
