However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Furthermore, every single piece of hardware was included—no running out to the hardware store because they shorted you a bolt or a washer. The Assembly Process -It took me right around 45 minutes from start to finish to put both chairs together. **Pro-tip:** grab your own drill and a socket set. Using real tools instead of the flimsy wrenches they include makes the entire process infinitely smoother and faster. The only minor critique I have is regarding the instruction manual. Calling it "vague" would be an understatement. The manual essentially boils down to four hilariously brief steps: Put the top together. Put the bottom on the top. Install the top to the base.
