Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Thu Jul 09 2026

Slightly chipped in two places but overall very happy!. Anonymous. Mon Jul 13 2026

We love it! We do not have any complaints at all. Going this route saved us a ton of money without sacrificing quality and features. We've had four people in with plenty of room to spare for a couple more. Side note, the Jets 2 option doesn't isn't a function for this model, so ignore that button.. Lisa. O'fallon, IL. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Mon Oct 12 2026

Received the hot tub a few days ago. Shipping took about 5 weeks. Literally put the tub in place, fill it with water and plug it in. Screwed the cover on and waited about 24hrs to reach 100 degrees. As other reviewers stated, this 4 person tub is really ideal for 2 people. It is doable with maybe one more person, but a tight squeeze. Haven't messed around with the settings too much but the manual seems straight forward. Overall for the price, I think it is a great deal....so far.. Annie. Scottsdale, AZ. Sun Nov 22 2015

This is a great little hot tub, easy set up. Jets not super powerful but this is a great value. Shipped in days. 2 month update: So happy we bought this, no problems. 2 things that enhanced the usability, the pillows and cup holders. They rise the cup out of water, so you can put your phone in it and not worry about water. Only chemicals i have had to use is chlorine and ph up. We love this thing! Past year update: still running great! Pillows still in good shape, use it at least 5x per week, love it! Only thing you need to be mindful of is rodents love the insides, i screwed screen on backside of access panel and stuffed stainless scrub pads in power cable port pass through. Make sure you trap them before you trap them inside...... Peter. Pompano Beach, FL. Tue Sep 29 2026

It just what we wanted. Fit perfect in our space . Jets are great!. Roger. Mon Sep 07 2026

This comfortable spa seats 4 and features 110 V plug-and-play convenience. This model also features a durable, slip-resistant acrylic surface and neck, shoulder, and foot jets. This spa is user-friendly with a topside control system and low energy consumption.

So far so good, my wife loves. Definitely a solid entry level hot tub. Jets are strong. And plug in play works pretty well but I may just convert to 220v for efficiency.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 03 2026
