I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard.
