At first I was skeptical when it arrived because the box was much bigger than expected (and insanely heavy) and there was some outer box damage with forklift marks. I live on the second floor of a duplex so I had to unbox it in my yard and bring it up piece by piece since the box was so bulky and heavy. But… it’s real wood so it was worth the extra effort. There were a couple weird markingswood glue that I’ve pictured and may reach out to the vendor for but some are in spots underneath that aren’t visible once assembled. Overall, this set is absolutely beautiful! It’s solid and the cushions are thick - they don’t arrive warped compared to other sets I’ve seen. The extra pillows it comes with are nice too. I got this for a smaller space on my balcony and this airy design makes it feel so open without overcrowding the space. I’m so excited to host and sit out in the sun all summer! Very nice, quality outdoor couch! Very easily to put together with one person. The cushions are thick and stiff. Not too stiff to feel overly uncomfortable-you can tell that overtime this couch will be a dream to sit/sleep on. The back cushions are angular, which is very nice. I love to take one of the end back cushions and use it as a pillow when I lie on the couch! Pictures included. I enjoy the contrast of the cushions and the wood. All of the bottom cushions have multiple Velcro attachments to keep the cushions from sliding around. I also uploaded a close-up of the fabric to show the beautiful design. The couch cushions are a true off-white(cream) with tinges of beige. No Grey. I was nervous the cushions would be too stark white but they aren’t at all! Very pleased! Very disappointing experience. The box arrived badly damaged, with multiple tears, holes, and crushed corners. The hardware package was completely missing, so there were no screws, bolts, or tools to assemble the furniture. The set was unusable right out of the box. I requested a full return because I couldn’t verify whether additional parts were also missing due to the condition of the packaging. I can’t recommend this product based on my experience.. The sliding glass doors to the outside are the first things you see when you walk into my home, and I wanted it to be an aesthetically-pleasing site. I needed an outdoor couch that could be rained on and looked good without cushions because it rains half the year. I really like the way this turned out, and I wanted to show pictures of it without the cushions in case you’re trying to visualize it. It feels more like an outdoor daybed then couch given how close it is to the ground, lol! It also feels really high-quality. It was super-heavy, solid wood.
