It arrive damaged. I opened the first box and there was damage in the arm of part of the couch. I wanted to return the whole set. I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. At first I was skeptical when it arrived because the box was much bigger than expected (and insanely heavy) and there was some outer box damage with forklift marks. I live on the second floor of a duplex so I had to unbox it in my yard and bring it up piece by piece since the box was so bulky and heavy. But… it’s real wood so it was worth the extra effort. There were a couple weird markingswood glue that I’ve pictured and may reach out to the vendor for but some are in spots underneath that aren’t visible once assembled. Overall, this set is absolutely beautiful! It’s solid and the cushions are thick - they don’t arrive warped compared to other sets I’ve seen. The extra pillows it comes with are nice too. I got this for a smaller space on my balcony and this airy design makes it feel so open without overcrowding the space. I’m so excited to host and sit out in the sun all summer! Overall this patio 3-piece set looks very nice and appears sturdy. It has removable and washable cushions and the material is such that liquids bead up and roll off. I would say this set is definitely good for a smaller area, and I should have measured before getting it since it looks a bit small on our large deck. There was a small area on the ottoman where one can see a little of the underlying plastic, but I didn’t think that was worth taking away a Star. These outdoor wicker ottomans are very nice! I was a little concerned when I received the package because I could hear something rattling when I picked up the box, the bolts and washers package had come open and fortunately I was only missing one washer. The quality is extremely nice plus they match my chaise lounge chairs perfectly. The cushions are made very well and have a zipper so that they can be removed for washing. They also have a loop and clasps on each side of the ottomans that attach the cushions to the base so they will stay in place and not blow away in the wind. Very nice, quality outdoor couch! Very easily to put together with one person. The cushions are thick and stiff. Not too stiff to feel overly uncomfortable-you can tell that overtime this couch will be a dream to sit/sleep on. The back cushions are angular, which is very nice. I love to take one of the end back cushions and use it as a pillow when I lie on the couch! Pictures included. I enjoy the contrast of the cushions and the wood. All of the bottom cushions have multiple Velcro attachments to keep the cushions from sliding around. I also uploaded a close-up of the fabric to show the beautiful design. The couch cushions are a true off-white(cream) with tinges of beige. No Grey. I was nervous the cushions would be too stark white but they aren’t at all! Very pleased!
