This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. These chairs are so pretty and by seeing them in person they are just what I was looking for. The only thing I was disappointed about is that they are very stiff to sit in. I was really hoping they would have been a little more comfortable. Maybe after they are broken in a little they might not be so stiff. Their looks definitely make up for it. The chairs look great and are very comfortable. While it’s not required, having a second person help hold the wicker frame while assembling the chairs definitely makes the process easier. I also really appreciated how clearly the hardware was labeled, which made assembly straightforward. The side table was a breeze to put together and feels very sturdy and well-made.
