This outdoor seating set is so comfortable! It’s literally like sitting on a cloud! I have never had outside furniture this comfortable before! I also like that they are wide and not narrow like regular outdoor furniture. I bought two sets because I needed extra seating. The cushions are very thick and they repel water. Assembling was a breeze and the directions were clear. They were shipped quickly and packaged well. The love seat is two, one armed chairs that you push together. They are not one unit. That came in handy for me when combining the two sets. I highly recommend this patio furniture!. Teri. Mccomb, MS. Tue Dec 16 2025

This set is UV-, water-, and weather-resistant to stand up to the elements. Sit back in your rocking chair alongside a friend, and rest a pitcher of iced tea on the table.

UPDATE: I was able to fix the lower rails using a drill and a 4mm hex bit. Seems like a solid table now, although like other reviewers say, it is a very small table. So updated from 3-4 stars. I'm unhappy because the assembly is difficult with the allen wrench included. Impossible with that little tool. Also, the lower rails just twist around after the screws are all the way in. For the price of this furniture, I expect better quality. I still have two chairs to put together, and I am seriously dreading it. I'll find the right drill bit and try that. The plastic wood is pretty, though.. Deborah. Springfield, IL. Tue Jun 02 2026

7/9/26: update - Customer service has been excellent, responsive and happy with resolution. Voiced my complaint with them and they are replacing the frame for the couch. Can't complain about that. I'll update again if there are no issues with this frame. Outside of that issue, the other pieces are great and very comfortable. OG review: Very disappointed. Had high hopes since my mom has had a plywood set for years and it's quality. Struggled with the idea of spending so much but decided it would be worth it for a quality set that would last for years. Well, that thought was ended the first time we sat on the couch. First off, assembly was a breeze. I completed by myself in a few hours, taking my time because it was extremely hot. But the next morning, went out to have coffee, husband sat on couch, leaned forward to pick up his cup and we heard a pop. He joked about my shotty work putting it together but when we looked we saw it was the prefabricated piece that had broke. IDK if it's just glued together there but it was not strong enough for him to lean forward to grab his coffee. Now, he isn't a tiny guy but he's not huge either, weighes about 220 so in my mind this "quality" furniture should be able to support that. Not sure what kind of customer service help we can get since I am not disassembling everything to send back. Just very surprised and disappointed in Polywood. Doesn't seem to be the quality it once was.. Katherine. PA. Thu Jul 09 2026
