We had some challenges with parts, though those were overcome by excellent customer service (thank you, B!). The fixture was easy to assemble and we’re happy it came with a strap/clip so you can temporarily hang the fixture from the mounting ring while completing the wiring. The fixture, while not super heavy, is 25lbs and this strap made it easier while at the top of a ladder. While a 55” overall height is not small, we ordered a few additional 12” stems to better fit our space. This fixture puts out plenty of light via eight bulbs and only requires a standard dimmer (no ELV dimmer/anything hard or fancy). Looks just like the listing. Black hardware with bubble glass - need to wipe with vinegar if glass is cloudy. Easy to install (I recommend threading the wiring through the chain AND the loop/screw at the top before you install the bracket - you’ll need 2 people, but trying to thread the wires through the top screw after it’s installed would be horrible! You’ll definitely want wire cutters/strippers so you can shorten the very generous length, unless your ceiling is 12-15 feet tall!
