I love the overall idea of this chandelier but I’m not in love with it. The cord is white (not gold as stated) and the parts and directions are extremely vague. Ordered 2, 1 came damaged and lights not working but it was clear that it was broken when it was packed and shipped. Some glue and a retrofit of the light strip and both are now working and look great. Read lots of reviews before purchasing and all were negative with regards to "broken in shipping" and "return/exchange nightmare". If we hadn't been able to fix the one ourselves, this review could have been very different.
