This is a love/hate thing I have with some of the remote control items I order via Wayfair. This is the second item I’ve ordered that the remote doesn’t work. I don’t know if it’s the item or the remote. The last item, they sent a new remote but it still doesn’t work. I’m hoping that’ll fix these because they are BEAUTIFUL!! As you can see in photos, they are too high to manually turn on/off. Also, when I do, one is on bright and the other is dim. So, without the remote, I can’t get them matched. I’m hoping the new remote fixes this but I’m not holding my breath. Please work!! I’ve been wanting these without needing to hardwire for a couple years!! Truly stunning, if they will work!. Kathy.
