We love these lights but they do get HOT, as mentioned in some of the other reviews. I don’t think they have proper ventilation holes to release heat (LEDs aren’t supposed to get this hot). We have them in hallways as sconces so they aren’t on all the time. The first one we ordered was defective (didn’t screw on properly) so we’ve tried three of them (we originally ordered two) and they all got hot. So it’s just a design flaw.. Lindsay. Edmonton, AB. This is a love/hate thing I have with some of the remote control items I order via Wayfair. This is the second item I’ve ordered that the remote doesn’t work. I don’t know if it’s the item or the remote. The last item, they sent a new remote but it still doesn’t work. I’m hoping that’ll fix these because they are BEAUTIFUL!! As you can see in photos, they are too high to manually turn on/off. Also, when I do, one is on bright and the other is dim. So, without the remote, I can’t get them matched. I’m hoping the new remote fixes this but I’m not holding my breath. Please work!! I’ve been wanting these without needing to hardwire for a couple years!! Truly stunning, if they will work!. Kathy. Industrial Elegance: Combining industrial style with elegant elements, these modern sconces add a stylish touch to your decor. They are ideal for installation in various rooms, including living rooms, bedrooms, foyers, dining rooms, and studies.

We used to have table lamps on two nightstands. I switched them out for these hardwired sconces. They freed up space on the nightstands for my books and plants. And the sconces look so nice on the walls. The light they give is good enough to read with. They were easy to install.. Elizabeth. CA. Sat May 16 2026
