These little solar lanterns are very cute. They came charged and ready to use. To operate you just push a button. There are three light settings with the same button. I cannot speak to how long they will last on a charge. I also don’t know how long they will last. In the past, I have not found many solar products to last for the duration. I love these small lanterns. I’ve had them now for 1 year hanging on my pergola and they just bring a beautiful comforting ambience. I’ve yet to replace a battery since these are solar powered. I try to keep my shades open till bed time, just so I can look at the outdoor lights that we’ve hung. The lighting is a soft yellow glow so don’t expect them to illuminate the area. It’s more of a candlelight glow to soften the area of placement.. Moala. GA. Fri Sep 18 2026
