Designed for both beginners and seasoned canners, this thoughtfully engineered stainless steel pot offers precise temperature control and a generous capacity to simplify the art of preserving. Picture yourself in a kitchen filled with the tantalizing aroma of preserved fruits, jams, and pickles. The 20-quart stainless steel water bath canner becomes your trusted ally in this culinary journey, turning the art of canning into a gratifying and rewarding process. Its spacious capacity opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to experiment with a variety of recipes and ingredients.

I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026

Anova has a passion for precision in the kitchen, and we want to help everyone of all skill levels cook like a pro in their own home. Powerful and durable enough to meet the demands of a restaurant kitchen, yet compact enough for the home chef. The Precision Cooker Pro is the most substantial sous vide circulator in our lineup. The Pro is drop tested and IPX-7 rated; drop the device on the floor or submerge it in water, and you can keep on cooking with no problem. Perfect for commercial use or the serious home chef.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From “Do I Really Need This?” to “How Did I Cook Without It?” I’ll admit it — when I first got my Anova Sous Vide, I wondered if it would become one of those kitchen gadgets that gets used twice and then forgotten. I was completely wrong. Anova has genuinely changed the way I cook, especially meat. There is something incredibly satisfying about cutting into a steak and seeing the exact doneness you wanted from edge to edge. No gray overcooked layer, no dry center, no guessing. Just beautifully tender, juicy meat every single time. One of my favorite ways to use it is preparing beef sous vide and then finishing it over a very hot grill or open flame. That combination is incredible: a smoky, caramelized crust on the outside and perfectly tender, juicy meat inside. It feels like something you would order at a great steakhouse, except I made it myself. But what I love most about Anova is the confidence it gives me in the kitchen. When I’m cooking an expensive piece of meat, I don’t have that little voice in my head saying, “Please don’t overcook this!” I set the temperature, let Anova do its job, and know exactly what I’m going to get. It has also made entertaining so much easier. Instead of stressing over timing everything perfectly, I can have the main course ready and finish it right before serving. More time with family and friends, less time standing nervously over the stove. For me, Anova isn’t just about precision. It’s about making great food more consistently and making cooking more enjoyable. Some kitchen appliances save you time. Some help you cook better. Anova somehow manages to do both. Five stars — and definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to my kitchen.. Nelli. NC. Sun Sep 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to past slow cookers models I’ve had, this one is much more uniquely designed. Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. The best part about the slow cooker to me is the auto warming feature. Past appliances I’ve used, some would require that I manually change the temperature. I don’t feel pressured to have to check my meals every 5 minutes since the feature is in place. The party dipper is a hit too! It’s makes just the right amount of dip or sauce so that none goes to waste and you can also remove the inner bowl as well. Perfectly sized to create meals for the largest of family holidays.. This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The deluxe pressure gauge registers precise processing pressures, which are especially important in high-altitude areas. The special air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

An 8-quart stovetop pressure cooker built for cooks who make food in quantity. The sealed environment traps steam and raises the internal temperature, so dishes that normally need two to three hours on the stovetop finish in roughly 30 to 45 minutes: dried beans without an overnight soak, stock in under an hour, tough braising cuts that pull apart with a fork. Eight quarts holds enough for a family dinner with leftovers, a weekend of meal prep portioned into containers, or a large batch of stock or chili to freeze. The lid locks into position once pressure builds and stays sealed until the pressure valve releases it, so there is no guesswork about when it is safe to open. Ergonomic handles on both sides give you a secure two-handed grip when the pot is full and heavy. Stainless steel construction resists staining, warping, and odor retention, which matters in a pot that will see acidic tomato sauces one week and stock the next. The base spreads heat evenly across the bottom rather than concentrating it in the center, reducing the scorching that affects thin-bottomed pots during long simmers. Compatible with gas, electric coil, glass and ceramic, and induction cooktops. When you are done, the cooker is dishwasher safe. Suited to everyday cooking as much as holiday batches: soups, stews, grains, legumes, and slow-simmered dishes.

The BLACK+DECKER™ 7-Quart Digital Slow Cooker with Temperature Probe + Precision Sous-Vide gives you three ways to cook. 1.) Classic slow cooking is simple in the 7-quart stoneware crock. Just add in the ingredients and let the low, constant heat go to work on roasts, soups, chilis, and so much more! 2.) Use the temperature probe to achieve ideal results on a variety of proteins. Just set the desired temperature, insert the probe into the meat, and the slow cooker will do the rest. 3.) For restaurant-quality results without the hassle or guesswork, use the Sous-Vide Function. Just arrange single servings of food inside the resealable bags, set the time and temperature based on what you’re cooking and the level of doneness you prefer, and then insert the temperature probe into the water. The sous-vide method helps prevent overcooking by heating the water that surrounds the food, bringing it to the desired internal temperature. When slow cooking, three heat settings give you options to find the best temperature for your schedule—Low for 8-9 hours of cooking, High for 3-4 hours, and Warm for keeping food at the ideal serving temperature. Plus, cleanup is easy thanks to the dishwasher-safe stoneware pot and tempered glass lid.

For the cook who is busy all day but wants a home-cooked dinner at night, a slow cooker is the answer. And with the Set and Forget Programmable Slow Cooker, technology takes a big leap forward from the outdated slow cookers found in yesterday’s kitchens. In addition to offering modern convenience, the Set and Forget Programmable Slow Cooker has three choices for easy, automatic cooking: program, probe and manual mode. On busy days, program the cooking time and Set and Forget Slow Cooker automatically shifts to keep warm when the cooking time is up. Cooking a large cut of meat like pot roast, chicken, or pork tenderloin? Insert the probe, set the desired meat temperature and the Set and Forget Slow Cooker automatically shifts to keep warm when the temperature is reached. For traditional slow cooking, manually select the high, low or warm temperature without setting a cooking time. For “one-pot” simplicity, nothing beats slow cooking. But when it comes to bringing hot meals to parties and potlucks, spills can be a concern. With the travel-friendly Set and Forget Slow Cooker, messes aren’t an issue. When you need to take your home-cooked meal on the road, the Set and Forget Slow Cooker’s clip-locked, secure lid has a tight seal to help ensure that your shirt and your car arrive without a messy spill. In or out of the house, the Set and Forget Programmable Slow Cooker not only makes slow cooking easy, it has travel neatly wrapped up.

I love this pressure cooker pot so much. I had my first one since 2006 and my baby mess up one of the part on the lid when I laid it on the table after cleaning it, and from that day it never worked 100 % so I got me this new one as a Christmas gift. They served forever if handled with care. So after after 14 years am just replacing it. These new ones are a bit thinner steel though. I gave it a 5 because it still works even with a small part messing after all these year! Can I tell how how strong and durable this pressure pot is?. Life Of Tammy. Columbia, SC. Wed Dec 09 2020
