Clean cooking gets squared away with the Square Griddle Pan–ideal for flipping burgers, eggs, pancakes, and everything in between. With nearly twice the amount of cooking space compared to Caraway's classic Fry Pan, the Square Griddle features our signature non-stick coating for easy cooking and cleaning.

Extremely well made! Very nice and I’m sure it will last me a lifetime! Love the fact that I can use it on my ceramic top stove as not all griddles do. It’s very heavy! I’m sure if I compared to a cast iron griddle they would both be the same weight! If you’re tired of the cheap Teflon or nonstick griddles, then do yourself a favor and invest in this beautiful griddle! (Yeah, lol, it’s beautiful!). Tina. Southern Desert. Mon Feb 09 2026

Great quality, as always, from Lodge. I w as hoping to be able to use this on my gas grill instead of having to purchase a Blackstone. It fits on the grates of the grill fine but the handles prevent the lid from closing. Still a great purchase that I will use and enjoy for many years on the gas range in my kitchen.. Vicki. The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets. I tried several cheaper pans without rivets, but nothing compares to this BergHOFF cookware.. Lvgal. Las Vegas, NV. Thu Apr 23 2026

This will be my new go to pan. It is solid, sturdy yet ergonomic with the handles. The depth is great for sautéing. The true red color will make this a fun pan to use for serving spicy appetizers. It holds heat extremely well. The dual pour sections make it easy to drain off any extra, unwanted fluid. The box was shipped, wrapped in bubble wrap. That was a good precaution. The box still came with some corner damage but the pan itself was fine. The package was heavy so it makes sense it might take a bit of a beating during shipping. Read the instructions! This is not like my traditional, old cast iron pans. It seems this does not season to a non-stick interior finish. The instructions suggest a bit of fat when heating to properly heat and cook foods. Not an issue for me so this will be a great go to for cooking. Highly recommend at this price point. I look forward to adding other Lava products to my cooking arsenal.. Leslie. Livonia, MI. Crepes and pancakes fail at the edges, where the pan is cooler. The Alva Maestro 10-Inch Ceramic Nonstick Pancake and Crepe Pan is built low and flat with an aluminium core that carries heat right out to the rim, so batter sets evenly across the whole surface and browns in one colour rather than a dark middle and pale border. The shallow sloping sides let a spatula get underneath cleanly, and the multi-layer ceramic surface releases with very little oil, so crepes lift in one piece and eggs slide out without a fight. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep the surface performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Have been making crepes for a long time but knew I didn’t have the proper pan for making them. I did a lot of searching online and so happy I found your company. I always struggled making that first crepe because it would stick pretty badly, but using this pan every crepe comes out perfectly and you don’t have to use a lot of butter. Very happy with it!. Chantal introduced this top-of-the-line Griddle in 2018. This griddle is perfect for everything from cooking pancakes and grilling sandwiches to browning bacon, steaks, and chops. It features Heavy-gauge Tri-ply body construction and fits on most sync burner cooktops. It has convenient offset handles and an easy-to-use pouring spout. This durable pan provides even heat distribution and precise temperature control with easy release of food and convenient cleanup. It's also perfect for all cooking tops, including magnetic induction.

I set the heat much lower than normal on my glass-top range (between low and medium) and after about 5 minutes of preheating the griddle was ready to go. The griddle cooks beautifully. My first test was pancakes: I wiped the hot griddle with oil on a paper towel and had no problems flipping even after a couple of batches. For cleaning, while the griddle was still warm (not hot), I pushed a paper towel around the griddle with the spatula to pick up excess oil and residue then went over the surface again with a wet non-scratch Scotch-Brite pad with a drop a soap and rinsed. The instructions advise you can use a metal cleaner to restore the original luster. I've used this griddle 3 times and really like it. This griddle is slightly narrower than my old one but I'm so glad to get rid of the last piece of Teflon in my cookware.. Liz. Holmdel, NJ. Sat Jun 18 2022

Staub cast iron cookware is the top choice for professional chefs and home cooks alike. Inspired by the Steam Grill's success, the 12" Round Steam Griddle introduces a handy new tool for healthier cooking. Enjoy juicy burgers, tender salmon steaks, and delicious hash browns - the pan's low sides encourage easy flipping. The tight-fitting glass lid locks in heat while keeping food warm. Along with the large, flat surface area, the domed lid accommodates large pieces of meat.
