This inexpensive 4 piece carbon steel set of cook ware was a pleasant surprise.
They are light weight and cook evenly. The first thing I cooked was an over easy egg, which didn't stick and cooked perfectly. I put the set in the dishwasher and they cleaned perfectly with no signs of rust, some of the handles did retain water inside them which was a negative for me. Assembly of the handles was required so I checked that I had securely tightened them and they were tight.
