This cooker is all one piece so no jiggler to misplace, is safe to use and worth its weight in gold. When deciding which size to purchase don’t just think of you and your significant other. Also look at your future. You will use it to prepare food for a growing family, guest and holiday seasons. Rather than a 4qt look at 6 or 8 qt. It is just as easy to use and economical rather than purchasing a larger size down the road. Wayfair has knowledgeable people to answer questions. They are also patient and courteous to golden oldies like me. Have fun experimenting with your purchase.. Darla. Mercer Island, WA. Thu Apr 16 2020

Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The deluxe pressure gauge registers precise processing pressures, which are especially important in high-altitude areas. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

Give your sous vide setup a proper home instead of a stockpot standing in for one. This container measures 12.51 x 10.00 x 7.92 inches and holds up to 12 quarts (11.35 L) to the brim — a spacious, substantial footprint built for a full roast, a stack of pouches, or a weeknight batch of meal prep, without crowding the rest of your kitchen. The clear body keeps water-level markings visible at all times, so there's no guessing and no lifting the lid to check your fill. Slide on the included Onyx Black neoprene sleeve for a sleek, finished look on the counter — and for more than looks. Neoprene is a natural insulator, so the sleeve wraps the container in a steady layer of warmth that helps your water bath hold its temperature for hours, while the fitted lid works alongside it to cut down on evaporation. A slatted stainless steel rack keeps every bag fully submerged and neatly separated, so nothing floats to the surface mid-cook. The lid cutout is sized to fit most clamp-on and wand-style immersion circulators, and every piece — container, lid, and rack — lifts out of the sleeve for an easy trip through the dishwasher.

I was afraid this would be a frivolous purchase, because I had previously just been using a large metal pot to sous vide in, but this sous vide container is well-made and worth it! I appreciate the insulated sleeve, but wish it came with sous vide magnets and clips.. Kate. Bogota, NJ. Sat Sep 05 2026
