We've owned this Zwilling Pro 17 pc Knife set for a few years, and it's still in excellent condition. Knives are sharpened as needed, and they are quite sharp, making prep work a breeze; even for arthritic hands. They're perfectly weighted and balanced with comfortable handles. We use every knife in the set regularly, and the scissors are fantastic, too. The block is also good quality, quite sturdy. Have a third (top) rack in the dishwasher, allowing me to place the smaller bladed pieces in slots, and lay the large blades flat. They come out looking great, with no rusting. I air dry (no heat option), remove them immediately, give them a wipe with toweling and store. If I was younger, I'd hand wash, but the dishwasher method has worked quite well.
