This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as its compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. Please note that the copper material will develop a rich patina over time, but this will not affect the quality of the pan or its cooking performance. To keep it looking new and shiny, try using Matfer's Bistro Copper Cleaning Paste, sold separately.

Excellent sauté pan. My favorite of them all. I was a bit hesitant to buy such an expensive matfer. But we’ll worth the price. There is however a mistake in the information that is on the website.
