A revolutionary Moka that combines the technology developed by illycaffè and the design experience of Alessi. Designed by Michele de Lucchi, Pulcina encapsulates a small but substantial design innovation that stops dispensing the drink at the right time before the coffee gets a bitter aftertaste. This helps to enhance the full and rich aroma of this drink. The spout, which recalls a chick's beak (hence the name of the coffee maker) allows it to perfectly stop the drop.

Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand until the lower chamber is releasing only steam. The lower water tank holds a metal filter and features a safety valve. The upper tank fills with perfectly brewed coffee. Now Italy's favorite Aluminum Latte Stovetop Espresso Maker can go to work in your kitchen, making delicious espresso on gas or electric stovetops.

The Vite espresso coffee maker is a compact piece of industrial design. Its boiler takes on the form of a screw—vite in Italian—cleverly referencing the twisting motion at the heart of its use. The interplay between natural aluminum and the colored tank highlights this mechanical inspiration, while a palette drawn from the tools and machinery of the Alessi workshop reinforces its refined, technical character.

Designed by Michael Anastassiades, the Menhir espresso coffee maker has an absolute line. The name Menhir immediately brings to mind the power of a form with great emblematic presence: “long stones” carefully positioned in the landscape, probably associated with religious ceremonies or other rituals, the menhirs inspired this iconic tool, used for one of the most important modern daily rituals; that of making coffee. Dedicated to those who appreciate exquisite manufacture: A real workshop gem.

Fortunately, the rise of home coffee pots has made it easier than ever to enjoy high-quality coffee without leaving your house. This coffee pot and stove allow you to make coffee quickly and easily, ensuring that every cup is fresh and delicious.
