I absolutely love this ice cream machine! It is so much more than just an ice cream maker. I love that we can make everything from soft serve and frozen yogurt to sorbet, milkshakes and slushies. The different settings make it really easy to use, and it's so much fun being able to experiment with different flavors and ingredients at home. The soft serve comes out creamy and delicious, and I especially love the dispenser—it makes homemade ice cream feel like a special treat from an ice cream shop! Another big plus is that the parts are easy to remove and clean, which is always important to me with kitchen appliances. The only issue that I have had, is cleaning the chocolate flavored ice cream.. Soap and Water is not quite enough, so I use One-Step cleaning solution that I have for my homebrewing. Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent. I have had the machine for a little over a year now. The ice cream was great while it lasted. Nothing like having your own soft serve!!! At first we couldn't keep it running because it kept kicking out the breaker. So we put in a 30 amp breaker for it and that worked. Unless it is a really hot day, then it will still stop running and give you an error code. Turning it off and on will reset it and it will run again. The machine is loud. But we keep it in the garage so that's ok. We used the machine most weekends last summer and once at Christmas, which I consider light use. 1 month after the warranty ran out, (Vevor warranty is for 1 year), a fin broke off one of the stirring rods. Vevor does not sell parts and they wouldn't replace it because it was out of warranty. Plus dealing with their customer service is frustrating because of the language barrier and time zone differences. I have looked everywhere for a beater replacement with no luck. It turns out that the beater is a 395 mm size which is hard to find in that size and particular shape. Most aftermarket beaters are 335 mm long and are readily available. So now the machine is sitting in my garage not working, Vevor won't help, can't buy parts, no ice cream for us , and I'm probably out the $1100 dollar cost because without the part it's junk.
