[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the KitchenAid 8 quart covered stock pot and I immediately knew what I was going to fix. I was gonna fix chicken and dumplings and while fixing the chicken and dumplings I did notice that the pan did heat up really fast and so you’ve gotta watch your heat when you are cooking in it. It’s super fast but super great. But not hard to wash and air dried and it came out perfect.
