Mon Sep 28 2026

The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets. I tried several cheaper pans without rivets, but nothing compares to this BergHOFF cookware.. Lvgal. Las Vegas, NV. Thu Apr 23 2026

Microhearth Pan is durable and high-heat resistant components that nest together making it versatile and compact for easy storage. The durable body is formulated to safely perform under the hottest temperatures. Ceramic-coated metal lid with a standing handle allows you to conveniently rest it upright, so moisture does not drip on the counter. Ceramic coating is specially designed for use in the microwave and eliminates the "microwaves" that normally cause dryness by penetrating through the food during cooking.

Received one day after order. Item just as described with instructions and recipe book with many choices. Looking forward to using frequently. Thanks Wayfair for continued great prices, large selection, quality products, and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cheers, Pat. Patricia. Round Lake Beach, IL. Thu Jul 14 2022

Love this BergHoff Gem brand and appreciate your great prices. These pans are replacing my former EuroCast pans, that I have had for 8 yrs. They are still usable and I will offer to a family member. I cook a lot and these pans have served the test of time. Love the new removable handles on the GEM brand, that release real easy. I have many pieces of the BergHoff EuroCAST brand, and love them all. Will buy replacements when needed with the GEM brand.. Donna Hewitt. US. Thu Feb 20 2025
