I love the Swissmar cast iron pots! I already have the larger size that came with the fondue set, but I found that too big for a cheese fondue diner, so I now purchased the smaller size. It is perfect for 4 people, and otherwise identical in quality to the larger one. These pots clean very easily, and have excellent heat retention. I was very excited to get this as I love cheese! The entire look is great. The color and design, great! The 6 long forks, great! The weight of the base and the pot, great! It’s easy to use and makes a great centerpiece in your party buffet or conversation piece for an intimate gathering. It took me a while to order the fire gel. And I learned that it’s easier to melt cheese at room temperature instead of straight from the refrigerator. I like that there is a cap to put out the flame after use. I like that it came with 6 instead of just 4 forks. Use a mitt when touching the handle and lifting this coz it can get hot.
