Great touch-top can, but finding the right bags can be tricky The touch-top mechanism has been very reliable and the lid closes quietly. I purchased the green and the color looks great in person—it’s nice to have a trash can that doesn’t look purely utilitarian. Changing the bag is easy, although finding bags that fit the shape and size well has been a little more difficult than expected. The 16-gallon capacity is plenty for our household, and so far we haven’t experienced any annoying quirks with the mechanism or design. Overall, it’s attractive, functional and very easy to use.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pedal bin is sleek stylish and fits perfect into the corner of any room. It has a slow release pedal so no snapping and risking nipping fingers which makes this bin perfect for kids rooms. For such a small design this bin is like the tardis, it holds loads! We’ve been using this bin for around 3 weeks now and are still on the first liner, there is no smell from it however we haven’t put food waste in it as yet.. Jaynef11_4856. Mon Oct 06 2025

Brabantia’s NewIcon step can, 7.9 gallons (30L) has an iconic design and is a reliable worker too. Sturdy, and always stands strong because of its non-slip base and anti-tilting block. Thanks to the unique soft-closure feature, it closes smoothly. And of course, this NewIcon step trash can is hygienic, odor-proof, easy to open, and clean. Perfect for your kitchen or any other room that could use 8 gallons of timeless design.

I searched carefully for a trashcan that would both look good in the kitchen and be the right size for a small household (1- 2 people). This one is perfect. I chose platinum because I didn’t want it to be too shiny. It’s tall enough (26 inches) to hold a 13 gal., tall kitchen trash bag, but narrow enough (11.5 inch diameter) that I can still open my cabinets. (See photos.) The capacity is only 8 gallons, but if the bag has a drawstring, it’s easy to make a 13-gal. gal bag fit well. It comes with three 8-gal. bags, but I like to use bigger bags so that I can add other trash to it before I take it out.. Dee. IL. Thu Jul 02 2026

Good product. Even stood up to the abuse of a 120 lb dog I was babysitting. Erreca. Union, OH. Sat Sep 19 2026

Double your waste-separating power, without losing any floor space with the Brabantia Sort & Go In-Cabinet Recycling Bin 2 x 4 Gallon (2 x 15 Liter). Made to hide, with an easy to install mounting frame (self-supporting, so no sagging doors!). These discreet bins fit in most kitchen cabinets, whether the doors open to the left or right. They even have storage space on top and hooks on the side for extra organizing. With a long telescopic rail, so you can single-handedly pull them out all the way. And of course they are easy to clean, take out and empty too. A great set.

This under-sink pull-out trash can is great for keeping the trash out of sight while still having a lid. It was pretty easy to put together, but you do need an electric drill. Once installed, it slides smoothly and feels sturdy. I really like having the trash can out of the way but still covered. In apartments, mice and bugs tend to look for openings around sink pipes, and even storing recycling under there can draw them out. Having a covered trash can under the sink gives you the best of both worlds—hidden and contained.. Erica. New York, NY. Sun Apr 26 2026
