It came in with a small dent in the bottom side of can and my husband tapped it out with a cloth and rubber mallet because we thought it was small enough and Wayfair had definitely taken the precautions for that not to happen with the way it was packaged so it may have happened again if we shipped it back. Really like the way these look in the home. The slow silent close works very well. Only reason 4 not 5, the larger one I received doesn't close perfectly Flush on its own.
