This coffee maker does not disappoint. I've never heard of this name brand but decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. First, it makes great coffee. It's super easy to use. You can even set the clock without any issues. The front has a list of options for use by simply pressing the button. It's digital, it's ready to use right out of the box. It comes with a reusable filter basket but I switched the basket from my previous one so I can still use the disposable paper filters. This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something.
