It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup. We are very happy with this machine so far. The price was great and Wayfair never disappoints me with their quality, price & service.. Honiegay. Orange City, FL. Sun Apr 19 2026

Moccamaster, a knowledgeable customer service, and repair technician team, manufactured with the highest quality parts available today, and of course, where plastic is used, it's BPA/BPS/BPF and phthalate-free! This should be the last coffee brewer you'll ever buy, one that should last a lifetime, when cleaned and descaled properly. You may ask – “what's important when searching for that complex, clean, crisp, fully infused, flavorful cup of coffee?” certainly coffee quality, grind, and formula play an important role, as does the fresh water quality, but ultimately, it’s the brewing method that plays the all-important final role! They suggest these are the key elements when searching for a coffeemaker. Moccamasters incorporate a powerful and energy-efficient copper heating element with an automatic shut-off when the brewing process is complete, a precise coffee-water saturation time (4-6 minutes), and an independent 2-phase hot-plate element that maintains the correct holding temperature (175°-185° f) for 100 minutes (although they recommend consumption within 30-minutes). Moccamaster brewers are designed scientifically to naturally brew with an ultra-precise, pre-immersion drip-style system, which creates a natural pulse action process creating the perfect coffee bloom process.

LOVE Cuisinart coffee makers and especially this pour-over. As always, Wayfair surprised me with an early delivery. The coffee maker is very well made and has a menu button where you can adjust coffee strength to mild, medium or bold. Also, some of the reviewers mentioned coffee not being hot enough. Shouldn't be an issue at all because you can also choose HOT in the menu button. Looks lovely on my counter and next to the Bodum grinder that I also purchased years ago from Wayfair. I find that grinding my beans makes an exceptional cup of coffee. The coffee maker is perfect for 1-2 people in your household so be sure that you want an 8-cup coffee maker. Maybe Cuisinart will come out with a larger one down the road, but this one is for keeps, for sure!. Susanne. Grand Rapids, MI. Mon Sep 23 2024
