I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. The machine itself has a soft, sleek finish that gives it a high-end, modern look. It even reminds me of the popular stand mixers in style, which I really like. Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. It brews coffee quickly, and the aroma that fills the kitchen while it's brewing is absolutely wonderful. Initially, I found that the measurements in the filter resulted in coffee that was a bit too strong for my taste.
