Best 14 cup coffee maker for rental homes. I have two of them in my large 11 bedroom rental. 28 cups of coffee — enough for all to have first cup together. I have my original one I bought 8 years ago. I had two but tenants put the coffee grinds where the water goes and tried to start it!? So we now have one brand new one!. Deborah. Wakefield, MA. I switched from one brand where I had to replace the entire coffee maker due to a heat sensor issue twice in six months. I chose Hamilton Beach with the stainless steel carafe for its usefulness and less breakage with a glass carafe. Only have had this for a few days and it's working fine so far.. Anonymous.
